In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese and guava paste with a hand mixer until the mixture is smooth. Add water in a separate bowl to prepare the cheese balls. Dampen your hands in water and shape the cream-cheese mixture into approximately 15–20 tablespoon-size balls. Dampen your hands as needed during the process to prevent the mixture from sticking. Cover the bowl and refrigerate it for at least two hours or until the cheese balls are firm. In the meantime crush a few tea biscuits in a bowl and set it aside.
Next, roll the chilled cheese balls in the crushed tea biscuits, pressing the crumbs so that they adhere. Keep the cheese balls refrigerated until they’re ready to be served. Just before serving, skewer each cheese ball with a pretzel stick. Enjoy with a cold glass of milk.
