Peanut Butter and Banana Sushi

Makes 1 roll


  • 1 large banana
  • ½ cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 slice bread


Take a slice of bread and flatten it out using a rolling pin. Spread the peanut butter or almond butter across the flattened piece of bread. Drizzle honey over the bread and sprinkle cinnamon on top. Lay the banana across the bread and roll up the piece of bread like a sushi roll. Cut the roll into small round slices, just like you would with sushi, and serve with a glass of milk. Optional: to enhance the eating experience, swap your fork with chopsticks.
