Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach (or preferred greens)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pork sausage (or preferred meat)
  • 1 medium bell pepper
  • ⅓ cup shredded mozzarella cheese, part skim (or preferred cheese)
  • 2 tablespoons light ranch dressing (or preferred dressing)
  • Pair each serving with an 8-ounce glass of real milk

Directions

Hard boil two eggs.

Combine all ingredients and split between two separate sealable containers, such as two mason jars. If taking on the go, pack dressing separately & add it in when you’re ready to eat if you prefer.

Pair each serving with an 8-ounce glass of milk.
